At Seedling and Sow, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we're really sorry and we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the fault or incorrect item

Once we've reviewed your query, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
