Our Story

Seedling and Sow was born from the same place all good things grow — a family who cares deeply about what they put in, and on, their children's bodies.

I'm Abigail, a mum of two from West London. Like most parents, I don't always get it right, but I try my best every single day.

When our son was little, we quickly realised his skin was sensitive to so many things. Synthetic fabrics, scratchy materials, harsh dyes — what he wore genuinely affected how he felt. It affected his comfort, his sleep, and how freely he could play.

That experience changed how we thought about clothing.

We started choosing organic cotton wherever possible because it was softer, more breathable, and kinder to sensitive skin. The more we learned, the more we realised that what touches our children's skin matters just as much as what goes into their bodies.

As a family, we already paid close attention to ingredients, labels, and making thoughtful choices at home. Choosing organic clothing became a natural extension of that.

But when I started shopping for children's clothes, I struggled to find brands that reflected those values. I wanted clothing that felt clean, comfortable, and joyful. Organic clothes that children actually wanted to wear. Clothes designed for climbing, exploring, getting muddy, and making memories.

So I created Seedling and Sow.

Every piece is made to order using organic cotton and printed especially for your family. No unnecessary stock. No overproduction. Just thoughtfully made clothing created when it's needed.

We're a small family business built on a simple belief:

What touches your child's skin matters.

Our designs are inspired by outdoor childhood — bug hunts, muddy knees, garden adventures, and the kind of simple moments children remember forever.

Clean clothes for wild kids.

Made by a mum who gets it.

Thank you for being here.
